I am determined to share as much information and as many resources as I can to help you better understand your brain. ADHD extends beyond the list of symptoms and I am committed to helping my clients learn about all things ADHD.
03 — A focus on improving self-concept
Going through life with ADHD means you have likely developed many negative thoughts about yourself which then has affected your self-esteem. My mission is to help you see that there is nothing “wrong” with you. You are not broken, you don’t need to be fixed. You have ADHD and you haven’t yet found what works for YOUR specific brain.
04 — Support as you navigate difficult emotions
There are a LOT of emotions that will likely come to the surface during our coaching sessions. I am here to offer a safe and comfortable space for you to experience them. I will support you as you learn how to identify, tolerate, and process these emotions.
05 — Tools and strategies that better support you.
Your brain learns, thinks, and processes things differently. So much of the advice out there is not ADHD friendly. In fact, it can often create even greater challenges for people with ADHD! Together we will discover what ACTUALLY works for you so that you can move towards the life you want to be living.
