Pricing and Options

I currently offer 1:1 coaching for adults with ADHD. Sessions last 55 minutes and take place virtually via Zoom.

I love to start with a free 30 minute consult so we can get to know each other. I’ll tell you more about my style of coaching and you can ask questions in order to decide if it’s a good fit for you. There will never been any pressure to sign up!

After our consult, you can choose how you want to proceed from the options below.

  • After our consult, if you are still on the fence about coaching, you can schedule an intro session to get a better feel for what coaching is like.

  • I highly recommend this option with one session per week in order to get the most out of your coaching experience. This is not a quick process and change doesn’t happen overnight. In fact, 16 weeks will really just be a part of your journey moving forward. It gives us the time to truly explore the aspects of your life that feel challenging and find ways to address them that can be longer lasting.

  • This may be a good option for someone who is not sure if they want to commit to a longer process, or perhaps you have already received coaching and would just like a few sessions to discuss a specific topic. We can still meet weekly and you can always switch to a package at anytime.
